We provide primary and preventive medical, behavioral health, dental care and have an on-site pharmacy for your convenience! New patients are always welcome. Kristine Feggestad, LPC
Kristine has 20 years experience providing mental health counseling. Specializing in skill building, cognitive behavioral therapy, and Dialectic Behavior Therapy with adolescents and adults. Experience with a wide variety of challenges, including; adjustment and anxiety, mood and depression disorders, Bipolar disorder, self harm behaviors, eating disorders. Career/interest counseling also a specialty.
Amanda Schroeder, LPC
Amanda is a psychotherapist who works collaboratively with a team of nurse practitioners, case managers, doctors, and nurses to provide all-around care to give each patient a medical home. She recently completed her training in EMDR and finds it to be a great tool to use for unresolved trauma. Clients 5 years old and up.

General Primary & Preventative Medical: Chronic Disease Management, Medication Monitoring, Immunizations, Health Screenings, Limited Onsite Lab Tests, Lab & X-Ray Referrals, Health Education & Disease Prevention.
Support Services: Eligibility Enrollment Support, Interpretation, Case Management, Educational Programs, Alcohol or Substance Abuse Referrals, Nutrition Counseling Referrals, Referrals to other Community Agencies, Behavioral Health Services, Counseling.
Oral Health / Dental Care Services: Routine Exams & Cleanings, Fillings & Root Canals, Fluoride Treatments, Dentures, Sealants, Emergency Care.
Fee for Services: Insurance co-pays and deductibles for insured. Sliding fee scale for underinsured and uninsured.
